Following successful appearances across the country and on recordings with Mauro Ottolini&#8217;s Sousaphonix, she made her American debut at the 2012 Tribute to Bix festival in Racine, Wisconsin. Backed by stellar musicians including Dalton Ridenhour (piano), Andy Schumm (cornet), John Otto (clarinet), Josh Duffee (drums), and others, she held the audience mesmerized for nearly an hour with her powerful and touching performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Blue River - Andy Schumm and His Gang feat.
